Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall apply when the Customer contacts Kolad Cabs

1.  Time & Kms will start from the customer's point

2. All other charges like other station, toll taxes, parking etc will be charges as actual incurred.

3. OUTSTATION: The number of days will be calendar days.

4. Hourly packages are applicable only in city limits.

5. In Hourly packages we have 10 minutes grace-period, after grace period we can consider the next hour package.

6. 50% extra will be charged for booking outside the city limits pickup or drops.

7. Cancellation need to be informed 2 hours prior to the reporting time otherwise Rs.300/- will be charged and collected.

8. Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam etc KOLAD CABS is not held responsible.

9. Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and KOLAD CABS is not   responsible for any loss.
